The Story
From Frustrated Contributor to Fulfilled Leader
I know what it feels like to be the most capable person in the room and still feel invisible. To be promoted into leadership and realize nobody actually taught you how to lead. To manage up, manage down, and manage sideways — all while trying to figure out who you are as a leader.
That was my story. And it became the reason I built Lock In to Launch Out.
After years of leading teams inside corporate organizations, I hit a wall. Not a performance wall — a purpose wall. I was producing results, but I wasn't growing. I was promoted to multiple positions without a blueprint to lead the team, without a manual to transition into my role, without recognition for hitting the moving target all while building the infrastructure necessary for my team and successor to be successful. Then, it dawned on me. There have been many leaders that I shared the same experience. So, I decided to "Be the Change I wanted to see" by helping frustrated leaders transition to confident and fulfilled leaders.
